Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no time limit and no credit card required. You get full access to core features for up to 10 students, including up to 20 instructor emails per day.
How do email limits work?
On the Free plan, instructor emails are limited to 20 per day. On paid plans, emails are unlimited under normal use and subject to the Fair Use Policy. Automated reminders and transactional emails do not count toward that limit.
What's included in the annual plan discount?
Paying annually gives you about 2 months free — Pro is $100/year instead of $120, and Team is $300/year instead of $360. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How are student payments handled?
LessonSync tracks balances and reminders, but instructors collect payments directly using their own configured payment method such as Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer, or a Stripe payment link.
What counts as an additional instructor on Team?
Each instructor needs their own account. Team includes up to 5 instructors. Additional instructors beyond 5 are $5/month each.
