Can I manage private coaching and group sessions together?
Yes. Private and group sessions share one calendar. Group sessions can include capacity, attendance, recurring schedules, and public registration when you choose to enable it.
How do coaching packages work?
Create a package with its session count, price, and dates. Attended sessions and charged no-shows use a session when attendance is recorded. Excused or canceled sessions do not, preserving a clear history.
Can a parent see a junior athlete's information?
Yes. An invited parent or guardian can use the secure student portal to view the athlete's sessions, package history, payment records, messages, and eligible registrations. Private instructor notes are not shown.
Does AI send messages without the coach reviewing them?
No. AI output is an editable draft. The coach reviews and can change a recap, report, email, template, or summary before it is saved or sent.
Can students pay through LessonSync?
Yes. An instructor can connect an eligible Stripe account so students pay from a secure LessonSync payment request and the proceeds flow to the instructor's connected account. Instructors can also record cash, checks, transfers, or other external payments.
